Sweet Home Alapam was born from a journey of travels, roots, and dreams. I am Peruvian, and since childhood I grew up surrounded by authentic flavors that shaped my love for baking. Life then led me to Germany and France, where I discovered the elegance, artistry, and dedication of European pastry.
Today, my home is in Alabama—a place that welcomed me with warmth and inspired me to bring this dream to life. Sweet Home Alapam reflects all the cultures that have touched my path, coming together in sweets that tell stories.

Sweet Home ALapam nace de una historia de viajes, raíces y sueños. Soy peruana, y desde pequeña crecí rodeada de sabores auténticos que marcaron mi amor por la repostería. La vida me llevó a vivir en Alemania y Francia, donde descubrí la elegancia, el arte y la dedicación de la pastelería europea.
Hoy, mi hogar está en Alabama, un lugar que me acogió con cariño y me inspiró a dar vida a este emprendimiento. Sweet Home ALapam es el reflejo de todas esas culturas que se unieron en mi camino, transformándose en dulces que cuentan historias.

The Story Behind the Name
Inspired by that love, her most cherished project was born: Sweet Home Alapam.
The name is no coincidence. “Alapam” carries her essence:
“Ala” for Alabama, the place that welcomed her with warmth and became her home.
“Pam” for her own name, her identity, her story.
Together, it becomes a sweet play on words, wrapped in the idea of a home filled with delights.
